Double Horse  Idiyappam Powder   is prepared from  good quality white raw rice  .This product is suitable for  preparing  Idiyappam (Noolappam) with Normal water instead of boiling water as usual.

Take one cup of Double Horse Idiyappam Powder, add approximately ¾  to 1 cup of normal water and salt to taste, mix to make smooth dough. Press through a sevanazhi and cook for about 5 -6 min. Double Horse Idiyappam is ready to serve.
